Curated Restock Program

Our Curated Restock Program is designed to support consistent in-store inventory replenishment for select wholesale partners.

Program Overview

Under this program, we will hold a mutually negotiated quantity of inventory to support weekly or bi-weekly store restocks, based on each retailer’s needs and sales velocity.

Shipping Timeline

Orders placed under the Curated Restock Program will typically ship within 3–14 business days, subject to inventory availability and carrier transit times.

Agreement & Eligibility

Participation in the Curated Restock Program is determined on a store-by-store basis and requires execution of a separate written contract.

The contract will outline:

• The agreed-upon inventory quantities to be held

• Restock frequency (weekly or bi-weekly)

• Required purchase timeframes for held inventory

• Pricing, shipping, and payment terms

Purchase Requirement

Inventory held under this program must be purchased within the timeframe specified in the contract. Failure to do so may result in termination of the program, forfeiture of held inventory, or full payment of held inventory.
