This website and all products offered are intended for wholesale customers only. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for resale or business use and not as an individual consumer.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of wholesale pricing.
Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until payment has been received and production has commenced.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Payment terms must be met in full prior to production or shipment unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and other governmental charges.
Production Timelines
All production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Bulk Orders: Typically require 100+ days for production prior to shipment.

In-Stock Orders: May be arranged to ship within approximately 7–10 business days after order confirmation and payment.
Production timelines may vary due to order size, customization, material availability, or other operational factors.
Shipping
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders are shipped using the buyer’s shipping account unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Once an order is delivered to the carrier, we have no control over shipping delays, transit times, or delivery outcomes. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment.
Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be made directly with the carrier.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the wholesale and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Refunds, replacements, or credits are issued solely at our discretion.
Product Variations
Minor variations in color, finish, size, packaging, or materials may occur and are considered normal in production. Such variations do not constitute defects.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, images, text, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of The Care CO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
